Health and safety audit report from a reputable external organization
Floor plan and lay out of the training area/building conforming to the OHS Act
Safety registers as used in compliance to safety (e.g. Fire extinguishers, portable appliances, ladders, etc. )
Safety policies and procedures including PPE
